10:30 – Welcome coffee with sweets
10:45 – Meeting with the chef, choosing the ingredients and the products for the lesson.
11:00 – Preparation and cooking of the dishes in the exquisite kitchen of Villa Silvana.
12:30 – Tasting of the finished dishes on the terrace of Villa Silvana.
14.00/14.30 – End of the cooking class.
